Eat Mediterranean, that means more fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes. It keeps you thinking young. Spice it up. Indians have 75% less brain dysfunction and Alzheimer's at the same age compared to Westerners. Researchers think it's because of a spice, some call it turmeric, some call it turmeric, a spice that's found in curry. Five, play around a ping-pong, any sport that requires fast changes in direction improves your balance and memory.
