Some patients say that when they go on a gluten free diet, low carbohydrate diet, they feel better. There's a lot of anecdotal evidence that these things work, an exercise program, physical therapy, and also addressing the symptoms properly, bladder problems, pain, sensory complaints that patients have, dealing with a good therapeutic team will make a difference in the quality of life of the patients.
