It's very simple, eat less calories than you burn up, and then that reduces the fat in your fat cells, it shrinks your cells to a smaller size, it eliminates or reduces triglycerides, fat that's present in other organs like the liver, muscle and heart that we know is also associated with metabolic abnormalities and dysfunction of those organs, so eating less calories than you burn up is the way to go.
