In terms of what really ends into the affordable care acts, there are a few provisions that really protect LGBT people, specifically around preventing health insurers from denying coverage based on preexisting conditions and such orientations under [xx], HIV status and older people access more benefits lower prescription costs et cetera.

What we don't know is the extent to which LGBT people have been ruled in the new market places. These were questions that were asked at the federal level, or in the state market places. What we've seen through our experience I think to providing services is that, many LGBT older people who are 65 and older recovered largely through medicare but for the population that's coming up the 50-64 population, there's a lot of questions about the extent to which a market place in different States covered their needs for example under HIV.

Those laws are often different by State. The market places offer a variety of benefits whether it's to the State or to the Federal Exchanges and so it's unclear right now the extent to which the law has actually benefited their lives.
