Is Our Healthcare Sytem Broken?

If our goal is to achieve the highest quality of life, the longest life expectancy in most cost effective way, I think towards 27th, 28th as far as a country, in what we spend over, we achieve with those dollars, I think that, from my perspective, Americans want choice, we're willing to accept higher costs as long as we have choices.

All those choices may not always be the right choices but another parts of the world where resources are more limited, there's a lot more strategy that's reflected in these decisions and where systems are set up so, but that means les choice. So I don't know I think it's not broken for people that can afford to pay for it.

But it certainly broken for those that can't access what others can don't have those choices.
