90% of people who are diagnosed are have what is called relapsing [xx]. Those are episodes that discreet meaning they come and go. You have exacerbation you have remissions, generally remissions you don't take you to where you started but there partial, but then I graduated, I evolved to something called secondary progressive which is much more than a steady down hill slide and those are not discreet episodes, they are just constant slow deterioration.
