I think that it is true to the extent that if you're going to make prevention work you've got to do it, and so the engagement is critical to preventive medicine. I hope we don't throw the Marcus Welby doctor out entirely because I think the role of physician in this new system that we developed hopefully that works all the pieces working together requires a quarterback and that's the Marcus Welby, it's the person who understands medicine but understands her patient knows her patient imparts all the pieces together for their patient and I think there's a critical need for that.

There's a movement of food in the United States where, you have a countable care organisations, but they are built on a premise that there's quarter back to the medical process and that's the primary care doctor.
