I can tell you there's a tremendous amount of fraud, waste and abuse in the system and giving the information with physicians upfront there is not a the physicians out there practicing today that doesn't want to help their patients, they all want to help patients and they want to do it the best of possible they can and they want to do it the best safe way as they possibly can and the way they are going to do that is to get actively get engaged with the consumers.
