What Is the Typical Progression of Parkinson's Disease?

There is two categories and I believe they could be two separate diseases. One is what we call the benign tremulous parkinsonism disease where tremor predominance starts on one side and those people tend to progress a little slower. Sometimes, they progress so slowly, the patients think we have the wrong diagnosis.

Then there is what we call the postro [xx] permainan gait type of Parkinson disease which starts more in mid line structures, has very little tremor or tremor later. They tend to progress more rapidly, that group is more parent to developing dimensia and that is a little worse in men as opposed to women.
