No, in fact having Parkinson's disease really doesn't change your life expectancy, you die with Parkinson's disease. But if you see the obituaries, they usually say something like patient died as a complication of Parkinson's disease. That usually means they fall, they break a hip, they end up in the hospital, they get a deep infection like pneumonia or sepsis and they die, or they're swallowing become so labored, they aspirate, get an infection because of pneumonia, so you of you're on top of the complications but can not see you, you'll die of something else.
