When Does PMS First Appear?

At different parts of the life cycle, you get the onset of the menstrual cycle, and usually PMS does not appear until about four, five years into your cycle so and not until you are late teens or early 20's and then it goes away at menopause in terms of the cycle fluctuating in the brain from the sex hormones.

So and then of course during pregnancy, so the reason that we need to know about them is anxiety disorders and depression in terms of mood, in terms of the types of the illnesses I treat at my clinic. The hormone fluctuations can trigger those to come out and if we can modify those then we can modify a person's her depression or her anxiety or her sleep for her irritability as well as sexual functions.
