How Bad Is America's Obesity Problem?

Well, two thirds of American adults are fat, that means overweight or obese by BMI measurement and when you look at kids up until their teen years, it's one third of our kids, and we're looking at a generation of kids in particular, who are developing diabetes, hypertension, all the diseases that were things that occurred when people gained weight in their 40s and 50s are happening to 10, 12, 15-year olds.

And it's very serious because the sequel of those diseases are significant so we're threatened now with having a generation of kids, who are sicker and may live shorter lives than their parents for the first time in our history.
