How Would You Rate America's healthcare System?

I think both we if we're honest with ourselves and I'm far from the first person to say this and the rest of the world give us a B- at best. We spend, more per capital, on healthcare, than any country in the world, and yet we're probably number 57 or so in terms of outcomes, that we achieve with that money.

Now if you have an advanced form of cancer we can probably do more for you than any country in the world in terms of buying you a few years maybe even buying you more than a few years, but if you're a woman giving birth and the inner city the likelihood of you having a bad outcome from that labor and delivery is substantially higher than it is in many countries that the United States think of as peers.
