I think we at a point that is whether there are a lot of opportunities, and there are a lot of points of danger I was mentioning earlier about the role in evidence as we move forward with this. It's just something that I think it's extraordinary important if we move too quickly with commercial products that we were able to sell cause we can put a good marketing brochure together for them, but we do that without first gathering evidence to demonstrate that it's actually will have the intended effect, then I think it has the potential to negatively impact some of the ongoing research that is attempting to gather that kind of evidence.

So I think we need to be a little bit careful about how we move forward, we don't want it to just be a fad, and if we have too much hype without enough real evidence showing impact improving quality of care improving outcomes, outcomes reducing cost, then I think that we run the risk of being a fan.
