There's a couple of things, I think the main thing would be insights. So for example, if I sync my meeting calendar with my diet tracker for example, so we go out with MyFitnessPal. You can see on days when you have lots of meetings how that might influence your calorie consumption.

So, for example for me personally, through TicTrac it's still the one I have four or more in-person meetings generally I eat less food. So, the system is set up to send me push reminders so 11 AM, 2 PM and 5 PM it will remind me to eat, and if I really engage in the system I can tell it what I should be eating, so how many calories I should eat in a given day, and it will tell me what I should eat.

So, it learns based on the data that I'm sharing with the platform.
