We're not heading towards bankruptcy. In fact in some senses there are a lot of people doing very nicely, thank you right now. So we're not bankrupt but we have to be mindful that the direction not because of Obama Care, the direction because of demography and technology of public spending on health is up, right, and that is something that if you extrapolate the [xx] and it meets the unwilling of the American public to tax itself in an enormous level, then something has got to give, and they know what's giving is other government spending, right? And we can't do that forever either, it wouldn't be prudent, so we really have to get our hands arms around how do you bend this trend, not just for medicare, but for the whole system, because otherwise we're not going to have a sustainable enterprising.
