What Gives You Confidence That Consumers Will Become Engaged?

The engagement component I think and we thinks is, as long as their is a provider, if you have a human behind that there's occasional interactivity and they know that it's going somewhere and it's not just an automated system alone, but somebody's making changes to their care plan as appropriate for their needs, and it's a human behind it, that's impacting engagement and when they know that they're going to comply with their protocols.
