We do have a rising aging population and health care challenges of how we are going to take a care of more people better. Taking care of people isn't always just providing medicine or just providing health care because many people particularly when they are aging a whole set of social supports, if they don't have food, can't get to the grocery store, can't cook for themselves.

That's a real concern, maybe even more than their blood pressure medication or getting annual check up. So as people age, there are a whole other a series of supports that they need, and we don't really have a healthcare system or even long-term services and support systems designed to meet those needs.
