Is Managing the Caregiving System Going to Become More Difficult with the Fast-Growing Aging Population?

As the population ages, if we look in the population 80 plus and the people that are available to care for them 40 to 60, five year olds. Right now we have seven people to care of for every one person over 80. By the time we hit 2050 actually the year I turn 80 it's three people to care for every 80 year old.

And so the demographics are really get to put a strain on these invisible army that we currently is to take care of our older population.
