All of the therapies that we use in this population are at current a one size fits all and woefully inadequate. With that said we can control blood sugar of an individual either with oral agents that can work on various tissues that respond to insulin or that increase the secretion of insulin from the pancreas.

We also can use insulin as you know in the later stages, there is a quite a movement towards developing cellular therapy approaches for regeneration of islet cells in the pancreas, the very cells that make the insulin. So these are all treatments in that the diabetes part.
