The secret to healthy aging is having healthy collagen. Your connective tissues, your joints, your ligaments, even your arteries are made out of collagen, so what do you think about when you think about an aging person? You think about somebody with arthritis, kind of hunched over, or an aging person not aging well, I should say.

You think about heart problems, all of these are diseases of connective tissue, and so if you support your connective tissue with the good bone broth, and by avoiding inflammation, getting plenty of antioxidants, not eating the bad kinds of industrial fats that promote inflammation, then you protect your connective tissue and you feel so much more energetic, no matter what your age is.
