This is a problem both for doctors and patients first because in order to practice medicine effectively, I think you have to know what makes a person tick you have to get to know a person, and also that interaction is a source of great emotional reward to practitioners, and it's disappearance in this age of for profit medicine and managed care I think has made everybody really not only has undermined the effectiveness medicine but I think it's made the practice of medicine very unsatisfying.
