I think we are going to see a change in how healthcare is delivered in terms of sort of teams of people, some physicians, some non-physicians even some clerical people, meaning they are not necessarily healthcare trained, who are 'taking care' of their patients. Some of that are in these patient center medical home concepts but there's other concepts as well, the idea being that not everything has to be done by a doc.
