No, not at all. Joint pain is a generic term, joint pain means many hurts. You can get joint pain from tendonitis, which I have right now on my left knee, which is not osteoarthritis. You can get it from over use, you can get it from arthritis. You can have a meniscus tear on you knee which is not arthritically-related, which is wreaking havoc on your fluids in your knee.
