This can show you the danger zones in your days, that you can make better choices next time. Keep it simple. Jot down basic lists of what you weigh and how long you worked out. Choose your medium. You can write your progress down on paper, type it out on a computer, or keep notes in your phone. Do what works best for you, snap a picture, take pictures of your meal.
It might help you remember what you ate or keep you from binging.
