Foods that are rich in antioxidants are fantastic for the skin, and in particular I recommend what's called the ace foods. Foods that are eaten by vitamins A, C and E and if you try to figure out what foods is vitamins think about really brightly colored fruits and vegetables, so for example food that are reach in vitamin A would be sweet potatoes and foods that are really high in Vitamin C are Red bell peppers and then finally, vitamin E rich foods include nuts like ointments, so if you have the foods that are rich with ace vitamins you will do your skin gain a lot of good.
