This on, the sex problem number two. My husband has no problems getting excited, but now he's having issues with reaching orgasm and ejaculating. What could be the problem? So what advice we give to many women out there who say their husband is excitable but she's unable to have an orgasm, thus isn't fulfilling as it should be.

Well, there're a lot of potential causes but one of the underlying, kind of hidden conditions that people may not be thinking about is diabetes, because we know that diabetics not only have vascular problems that are going to decrease blood flow, but they can also have neurologic damage which is going to impact on their ability to have an orgasm.

So if someone doesn't have diabetes but is having that problem, that's something that they want to look for. Okay, what are the other signs we aught to be looking for neurologic illness like this? Well, when someone has diabetes, sometimes they may know it because of urinating frequently or they're very thirsty but they really need a blood test to check their glucose level to see if they do have diabetes.
