Now, classically people get irritation at the back of your cuff, and then when you move your leg gets better, but to the discomfort can get to your cranckle it can strike your head they can beat any place but actually can your trunk twitchy feelings here in your arms, and the people describe it as a lot of words it's creeping, it's crawling, it's gnawing, it's pulling, it's tingling, it's aching, all those little words that I have behind me they also describe it, and the only way to get relief is to walk around.

The stretch people of age 45 and older, but kids can get it also, okay. And women in the last months of pregnancy can often get it, it gets better after you deliver as well done, the key thing now is that it will strike you at any time, when you are still. So, this is an example what you lied at night, and in the middle of your brain there is a place called the hypothalamus right there in the pituitary gland and there is a chemicals of hormones released from your brain part of the body dopamine in particularly, what dopamine does is if that's many, many ways how the body works.

One of the ways that there's hormone dopamine[sp?] affects you. It doesn't allow this feedback chemicals that are tying your leg, chemical they are tying your legs that is staying by itself. If you move your leg, you'll send another set of chemicals, the blue ones, to actually block the red bad response chemicals.

So, in fact what is happening when you normally functioning is, your telling your body, I'm not going to pay attention to everything that is going on. Every little thing that I feel, I can't be responsive to. But you don't have that dopamine[sp?] meter screwed up in your brain, It doesn't work correctly, you become hyper responsive.

So, that's fundamentally what Restless Leg Syndrome is.
