So anything that affects the liver can increase your risk for chronic Hepatitis C, so if you take things that affect the liver, the best
known of course is alcohol, if you drink too much your liver may be inflamed from drinking alcohol too much, and so the Hepatitis
C is more likely to progress into that chronic phase. Other things that affect the liver can do the same, for example sedimentaphane
use, can chronically inflame the liver and make it less able to fight to fight
hepatitis c
