Besides what we have become very good at making and diagnosing disease at very early stage by whether it is a CTO or cardiac MRI and PET scanning and many others. There are few things which are emerging, and emerging one of the device actually can be implanted in patients with high risk of developing a heart attack, and so that can give the signal before the heart attack occurs.

And center would testing at present, and maybe it will be the device which will diagnose heart attack before it occurs. The second which is very important is that how do we treat the heart attacks? Studies have shown that once you have a heart attack your best treatment is get the artery open, and therefore you need to get to the hospital which are available cath lab, I take the patient into the cath lab and open your blocked artery.

Usually it is the blood clot I need to take care by the balloon and then put a stand, and therefore at this process all has to be done within 90 minutes. The advance I would say has occurred in the treatment of heart disease patient is we call door to balloon time. That patients come to the hospital and get the artery opened in less than 90 minutes.

And our government has really considered that as very important parameter of patient to quality and safety and therefore all hospitals are accountable and this door to balloon time of less than 90 minutes has to be at least in 90% of cases if not in all. There are some cases they are late for various reasons, but therefore has become a kind of gold standard. And the other treatment have been that education of the patients so that all these things will improve, so that if you have a heart disease make sure you go to the doctor properly and if you're developing a heart attack, that means some symptoms serious enough you're not driving your car, you're calling a 911, and ask for help, and don't sit home thinking it's a stomach pain or gas pain.
