There is no cure perse for Ebola, but with aggressive supportive therapy, doctors and care givers are able to have much higher success rate of survival. That includes IV fluids, treatment of any treatment bleeding problems that a patient has, as well as dialysis, if they start to have kidney failure.
Without treatment, Ebola has high fatality rate of over 80%, but with successful supportive treatment, they will have much higher rates of survival.
