Hi, Dr. Oz here with a simple tip to help you beat pain. Stand tall with confidence, act like a peacock spreading its feathers, really take up more space. Assuming an expansive powerful position changes your hormone levels, it boosts testosterone which helps with pain tolerance and decreases cortisol. Standing tall also makes you feel powerful and in control of your pain.

Here's what I mean, stand up straight, not hunched over like this with your head of your shoulders, hips and ankles. When you sit, choose a chair with arm rest, [xx] your arms wide till your chest opens up. Whether you sit or stand, keep your hand relaxed, don't hesitate to make old gestures, now you are in control of your pain instead of the other way around.
