This puts it in the same family as broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, arugula, water crest and wasabi to name a few. It turns out these veggies are important sources of cancer fighting compounds.
When you munch on these foods and these compounds get broken down, they turn into cancer fighting vital chemicals. These vital chemicals get cacinogens out of your body before they do damage to your DNA. They also help block the action of cancer causing hormone.
