Who should not be thinking about taking traditional fast and birth control pills. Well, women who are over 35 who smoke because there's increased risk for cardiovascular complications in those women, but if you're under 35 and you smoke obviously we'd like you to stop smoking.

But it's still safe to take the pill. And women who've had a history of previous blood clots in their legs or in their lungs. Those are really the ones and women who've had a history of a cancer that may come to indicate the use of birth control pills. For instance, if a young woman had breast cancer, she probably should not take the birth control pill.
