When you start to track what's going on with your body, you can learn a lot about your health and how your health can change for the better. You might already use an activity tracker or a heart rate monitor. Maybe you have a few smartphone apps that you track with or perhaps none at all.

No matter how you start, you can track your health easily on Sharecare. Choose what you're interested in tracking and enter your information as it happens. You can also add the apps and wearable trackers you might already use. On your dashboard, you might learn something new about your health.
