3 Steps to 6-Pack Abs

Everyone of us has abs, they're part of our anatomy, but most of us have one or more layers of fat that's hiding them, I'm Dr. Oz, if you want to uncover those abs, you'll need to build muscle and decrease body fat. Here are three steps to reveal your six pack abs. First off, do cardio for fat loss, the greater the intensity of your workout, the more calories you'll burn, and that means more fat burned.

Aim to alternate spurts of high intensity with low to moderate intensely during each workout. Strength train your entire body, core exercises are great for toning your abs, or ideally, you want to work all the major muscle groups. Give yourself a day of rest between strength training workouts. Your muscle's is going to need a recovery period.

Clean up your diet. This is probably the most important factor when it comes to getting those six pack abs. Focus on a healthy well balanced diet in smaller portions sizes, and drink lots of water.
