Hi, I'm Dr. Clark with tips to overcome your exercise excuses. Do you plan to workout later but something always comes up? Here's how to make sure you stay active everyday. Try a fast 15 minute workout in the morning. You'll get it out of the way and it will boost your metabolism all day.

Can't break away from work to exercise, change your perception and think of it as a productivity break. Brain scans prove that nobody really stays focused all day long. Many of us fade after 10 to 40 minutes. Next time you lose focus take a five minute walk. Your body and your brain will thank you.

Do you spend a lot of time on social media sites? Log off and reconnect in real life by walking or hiking with your friends. Finally turn your must-see TV into a must-move TV. Use your treadmill, exercise bike or dumbbells while you watch your favorite show. Or just march in place or do some crunches during commercials.
