[MUSIC] Hi, I'm Dr. Clark with a playful tip to help you lose weight. There's a fun exercise that you can add into your routine. You might not have done it since you were a kid, but it shouldn't be too hard to remember. I'm talking about riding a bike. In a 16 year study, women who pedaled every week had an easier time keeping weight off than those who didn't ride.

The study found that just five minutes of biking a day can help with weight management. Of course the more you bike the better for your body. Women who bike four hours a week had impressive weight management numbers. Biking even helped overweight or obese women halt weight gain. If you have any health conditions talk to your doctor before hopping in the saddle.
