All day we've been talking about ways to help you stick to your new year's resolution to loss weight. So now I want a couple of questions all in that topic, so who is got one. Go ahead, how are you? What's your name? My name is Meredith. And I have a question about reduced fat on fat free foods.

Our purchase says that I'm trying to eat a healthy. Is that okay? You guys, how many of you like those kinds of foods, the low fat foods all those things? [LAUGH] So here is the deal. There's got to be something in the food. So to take the fat out, they have to put something in it usually.

I don't like when people do that to food. The best food you can eat for your body is food that your body recognizes and it knows how to digest. So there was a big study done at Harvard where they looked at these low fat foods or low calorie foods, and they actually found out that the people who eat those foods tend to gain more weight than people who eat moderate fat foods.

Your body wants a little bit of that fat, it actually satiates you, just eat the right kinds of fat, and anything that has synthetic stuff in it, I'd rather take something that's more fattening or over that. Okay?. Rule of thumb, thanks for the question. Okay, thank you so much.

All right.
