Can I Follow a Diet Plan If I Eat Fast Food?

[APPLAUSE] I eat a lot of fast food , I created a diet plan with the same plan measure, my diet plan which is specifically 1500 calories daily, 15 grams of saturated fats or less a day and 5 to 6 serving of fruits and vegetables every single day. We all know about that now, can we do it on a fast food diet bring me a carentina or self proclaimed fast food addict and I put the on my plan this week.

So it's done with breakfast, we are going this Subway right? All this restaurants that we're going to we've been to all these fast food joints. I want to show you we can make this all happen. so breakfast really important, sometimes it's hard to find healthy foods and breakfast. But Subway's got something that I enjoy to my serving.

You can actually get egg white with veggies and wheat bread. Right, why do I love that, if you add pineapple slices with it so got here, and a cup of coffee no cream and sugar. Right. They were talking about a high protein, high fiber diet which is rich in antioxidants. You can get better than for breakfast and what are the numbers, 465 calories and 5 grams of fat, Wow, That's not bad.

It's really good, it's really good. [APPLAUSE] Good, now you've had your breakfast. And remember 80% of people who lose weight and keep it off, eat breakfast every single day.
