Yes how are you? Fine, my name is Cathy, I know how important the high fiber diet is for my health but I find it difficult to eat enough food each day to get the required 20-35 grams of fiber. So my question is are those over the counter fiber bars that are really convenient to carry around, are they a nutritious way to get that requirement? Some of those fiber bars okay, you have to look how much sugar they have in them and then how much fat they have in them but remember that fiber has to be dull and brown and flaky it doesn't.
