A lot of people don't realize this,
but drinking coffee can cause bloating to occur after you take that cup of java.
And it's not for the reason you'd think. It's not always directly because of the coffee. It's usually because of what you put
in your coffee to make it that special cup for you. Frequently, people who are lactose intolerant
will have heavy creams. In fact, I had the same thing, and I had to eliminate the creams to help me. Also, artificial sweeteners can really go a long way
in giving you a bloating feeling too, especially when these things have to be digested in your colon. So yeah, coffee can cause you to have
