The gastrointestinal system is an engine for your entire body and when it's running well it's like a well oiled machine. The normal healthy digestive system, there should be no acid reflux, no abdominal pain or bloating, no constipation or diarrhea. Ideally you should be having at least one well formed bowel movement a day and that bowel movement should fall effortlessly into the toilet bowl.
There shouldn't be a lot of messy clean up, there shouldn't be a lot of bad odor and again it should be regular, it shouldn't be too much, shouldn't be too little, should be just right one or two bowel movements a day.
