The symptoms of stomach cancer can be quite nonspecific. They include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, feeling full faster, weight loss and even blood in the stool. These symptoms themselves aren't necessarily suggestive of stomach cancer on their own. But if you have multiple symptoms, or if they're rapidly progressing, or very severe symptoms, this should definitely prompt you to get things checked out.
