What Are Symptoms of a Gluten Sensitivity?

Well, actually it can be virtually anything. I was asked to write this article 10 times on gluten sensitivity and I thought it was going to be so difficult because everything can be gluten. In fact, the new England Journal of Medicine recently, actually a few years ago, did an article saying that 55 different diseases could be related to gluten.

So it can be anything from brain fog, headaches, migraines, seizures to joint pains, fatigue, infertility, allergies, eczema, acne, skin issues, auto-immune diseases. There is a link between auto-immune diseases and gluten sensitivity. Basically noting that digestivitus can be an issue for people, irritable bile, gas, bloating things like that but actually 80% of the people with the gluten sensitivity, do not manifest any digestive symptoms whatsoever.

So that's really one of the reasons that is difficult to diagnose.
