If you want to lose 10 pounds, start reading food labels. Label readers tend to have a body mass index or BMI that's one and half point lower than none readers.
Label reading is one of those good habits and helps really enforce healthy living decisions. For even more success and making your best intensions happen, adopt these food shopping habits. Walk into the grocery store with a shopping list filled with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins and 100% whole grains and then stick to it.
If you buy frozen veggies, skip any with added fats, sugars and sauce. Try one new recipe a week, use ingredients that you don't usually eat. [xx], kale, how about salmon. Don't buy prepared food made with palm oil or palm crude oil. Your saturated fats that age you, it can cause inflammation that packs on the pounds.
