Smart snacks can help you stay slim or even lose weight and belly fat. The key is knowing when and what to nibble. Here are four ways to revamp your snack habit.
Follow the five hour rule. If you're going more than five hours between meals, go ahead and have a snack. You'll be less likely to overeat later on. Choose snacks with protein. Healthy protein like a hard boiled egg, walnuts, or fat free yogurt helps you stay satisfied. It also helps build muscles so you burn more fat and lose more weight.
