Hi, I'm Dr. Oz with a quick trick to tame your appetite. The secret is making these three liquids part of each day. Olive oil, milk and water. A staple of a Mediterranean diet is olive oil. It's loaded with a hunger curbing compound called oleic acid. This mono unsaturated fat helps your stomach send, I'm full signals to your brain. Next up, is 2% reduced fat milk. In one study, people who drank about 20 ounces of milk at breakfast ate way less at lunch compared with the people who had fruit juice in their morning meals.
