[SOUND] The options are growing everyday. So we've a lot of options, there're pills, there're injections, there're injections that work to help you loose weight at the same time as controlling your blood sugar. There're injections like insulin that replace a hormone that drops and is part of the cause of diabetes and then pills that act in numerous different ways and they act through out the entire body.

They may start by increase in secretion of insulin if you have any remaining in your pancreas but they can also act on your brain to help press the appetite a little bit. They might work on the muscle level to help muscles absorb a little bit more like glucose. So variety of different mechanisms and how they work and we as position trying to find the right combination for you as the patient.
