So you can work with a nutritionist and there is actually really really good data and there is a really good program called the DPP program that has been tried and proven to reduce the likelihood of progressing from pre diabetes to diabetes. The YMCA has a nation wide campaign with free programs that teach you about how to not progress from pre diabetes to diabetes.
